Apostles AI provides AI generated encouragement rooted in Scripture. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and your choices.

Overview

We collect only what is needed to sign you in, run your chats and keep the service secure and we do not sell your data or use your chats to train models.

Data we collect

• Google sign in basics such as email, display name and profile image if provided, which we use to create your account and keep chats private to you.
• Chats you type and AI replies, stored securely with your account so we can show history and let you resume sessions.
• Basic safety and usage logs such as timestamp and event type and we do not store voice audio or use chats to train models.
• Voice input transcripts stay in your browser and we do not store voice audio.
• Device and usage data for hosting such as IP, browser and error logs for security and reliability.

How we use data

• Provide 1 on 1 coaching with your chosen apostle, remember history and enforce safety.
• Use a secure AI service to generate replies, where your message and relevant Scripture passages are sent for that turn only and handled by our provider under its terms without sending your Google email.
• Enforce rate limits and abuse prevention, including automated protection.

Sharing

We share data only with the trusted providers who run sign in, secure storage, hosting and AI replies, with no other sharing and no advertising.

Storage and retention

Chats are stored securely in the US and remain until you delete them or delete your account and you can request deletion at any time.

Your choices and rights

• Access and delete: you can view history in the app and request full deletion of your account and all chats via the Contact page.
• Sign out and delete your Google grant at any time in your Google account.
• Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data, which you can exercise through the Contact page.

Children

This service is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect from children, so if you believe a child provided data please tell us through the Contact page so we can remove it.

Security

We use secure Google sign in, private per account access, HTTPS and abuse protection and although no system is perfect you can help by using a strong Google account and keeping your device secure.

International transfers

Data may be processed in the US and other regions where our providers operate.

Changes

We will update this page and change the date above when we make material changes.

For privacy requests, use the Contact page while signed in. We reply inside the app. For urgent deletion, include your signed in email.
